Stateroom 2501 on Main Deck (Deck 2) at the starboard
bow.
We spent nine full days and nights at sea crossing the
Pacific from the USA to Japan. We found the north
Pacific to be misnamed; several times we experienced
high winds coming down from Alaska of Force 8 - 10 as
well as waves up to 12 feet high. It was quite
disconcerting to hear a loud bang as a particularly
large wave crashed against our portholes in the middle
of the night!
